What an AMAZING Monday! Today marked my official first day working at the flour and pasta facility in Tuttle, ND! I got to meet our two employees: Lauren & Rick(previously only over the phone and zoom) I think we will make a great team to produce nutritious stone milled flour and artisan pasta. This week, while we continue to wait for our Stone Mill to arrive(Its been as close as Bismarck since last Thursday) we will deep clean, set up office, organize supplies and packaging. Most importantly we will get to know one another and work to bring BETTER food and ingredients to our growing customer list. Thank You! Thank You for your early and continued support, its very encouraging. We are extending our Pre-order while we set up and await the mill, so if you have yet to order, please do so.
